Kids Yoga (ages 3-5)
When taught mindfully, children can enjoy
the same benefits of yoga that adults do, such as improved
body awareness, coordination and stress relief. Kids
yoga introduces children to basic anatomy, breathing
exercises, yoga poses and relaxation techniques through
cooperative games and yoga Asanas. Kids develop strength,
flexibility, balance, and concentration through stories,
music and creative play.
A safe, healthy & fun way for children to
learn about their bodies, improve confidence & cooperate
with others through simple yoga exercises, games and calming
techniques. Parents/caregivers welcome to participate.
Class Schedule: Saturdays 9:30am -
5 week session: Classes will resume at a later date. For
