Intermediate Yoga
This
class covers yoga poses and their variations in more detail
than the gentle classes and includes some challenging poses
such as backbends and handstands. Poses are held longer than
in the gentle classes in order to increase strength. The
teachers are very good at guiding you into correct alignment
and making sure that each student is working safely at their
own level.
The emphasis on this class is on refining
and building endurance and introducing intermediate poses.
